Small Works
Whilst the majority of R.W. Armstrong & Sons projects involve major refurbishments and extensions, the company also undertakes a variety of smaller works.
These are often for long-term clients who return to us for their on-going redecoration and maintenance works so regularly required with period properties. Sometimes the project is the initial phase of a potentially much larger contract, or a one-off project in the local area.
Examples include single and two-storey-extensions, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, re-roofing, conversions of outbuildings into offices etc, large garages and store rooms, new windows, doors and other joinery works. New plumbing, heating, electrical and media services are also often installed to suit modern day requirements.
