As one-off projects or as part of larger building developments, R.W. Armstrong & Sons is sometimes asked to construct luxury swimming pools.

A variety of bespoke pools for both inside and outside use have been built. Most have also incorporated a range of associated buildings such as changing rooms, plant rooms and stylish pavilions.

A mix of traditional designs and materials with modern materials and the latest technology have been used. Some specific examples include steel and glass opening roofs, and a turf roof.
