A dated stable block was replaced with a new structure featuring traditional construction methods and materials, such as green oak trusses, in a contemporary design.

The Complex consists of a new outdoor pool, sunroom/cinema room, sauna/walk-through shower/spa, gym, wine cellar, sound-proof music studio, stables, kitchen and cloakroom.

As well as lutron lighting and a plasma TV, there is a concealed sound system which links to the main house, as does the telephone, gate intercom and wi-fi which operates as one complete system.
