Quantity Surveyor

Due to expansion in the Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex area, we are looking to fill the above position on a full time permanent basis.

The position involves the preparation and negotiation of monthly valuations and the control of sub-contractor payments, together with the pricing of variations and smaller works.

A solid background in quantity surveying will be necessary and some estimating experience will be an advantage.

Experienced Carpenters, Bricklayers, Decorators, Plasterers and Labourers

Due to expansion in the South Surrey and West Sussex area, we are looking to fill the above positions on a full time permanent basis.   

The successful applicants will need to have previous appropriate experience working on prestige new build and refurbishment projects.  You will need to demonstrate your ability to be reliable, committed and be able to work as part of a team.  

Experienced Craftsmen

We are always interested to hear from experienced craftsmen who have:

• an apprenticeship in a relevant trade including NVQ Level 3
• experience in period restoration and/or refurbishment of listed buildings
• the ability to work to exacting standards of quality
• a proven track record of reliability
• the commitment and ability to work as part of a team.
