The company has very traditional family roots, with Nigel Armstrong, grandson of the original founder R. W. Armstrong, as Chairman. A good number of our employees have also followed their fathers into the company, reinforcing the family atmosphere and loyalty that pervades throughout.
To meet today's demands and our commitment to Investors In People we are continuously developing our skills and techniques. A high percentage of our work force is now certified under the CSCS scheme. We also work closely as a team and maintain regular contact with our clients to ensure we produce the optimum results.
